How we are set up
Our delivery centre is in Bangalore, one of the world's largest pools of English-speaking service and technology talent. We run shifts around the clock, seven days a week, so the hours we work follow your customers rather than our office.
For larger programmes and specialist skills, we work with a network of partner contact centres. That lets us scale a team quickly, add language and industry expertise, and give clients a single point of accountability however the work is delivered.
